I'm a fairly stable person, and comfortable in my own self...until something happens to break my spirit. Then I start to question my thoughts and actions. It's nerve-wracking, and can be quite debilitating if I let it.

Yes I have. I have also asked myself "what do people see when they look at me"? I sometimes cannot understand other people's interpretation of me and their reactions to me. I think I'm fairly simple and straightforward, but the feedback is not....go figure.
