The cross section and aspect ratio are the same. The primary difference is the wheel diameter is 1" larger, so the overall height will also be 1' inch taller, 23.44" versus 24.44".

195/55r15- 15 inch radius tire

You need to use the correct size tire for the wheels that you are using. You should not (nor probably could) mix and match these two size tires.

The last number is the diameter of the hole in the center of the tire indicating what size wheel it must go on.
