My boss is very understanding, helpful, and I was always able to talk to him without hesitation. I feel that it is very important quality to have. If you feel that you are not going to be able to communicate with your supervisor that could interfere with your work performance. I was able to have an open and honest line of communication and he respected me and I respected him. That is why there were never any complaints and things ran so smoothly. I knew what was expected of me and I was able to perform to his expectations.

My boss never blames you for mistakes. He is smart, helpful, and has high expectations.
