They are a mirage. The offense should keep playing well for them, but their defense is definately a mirage. You'll start to see that today against the Eagles.

The Saints have the final offense interior the league and now they have a protection to flow alongside with it. it incredibly is fantastic how plenty one man or woman can thoroughly exchange the complexion of a collection. For the Steelers, that man or woman is Troy Polamalu. For the Titans, it became Albert Haynesworth. And for the Saints, it incredibly is Jonathan Vilma. certainly, i'm happy they are having the fulfillment they are. i've got continuously liked Drew Brees and can't have self assurance San Diego enable him flow. think of roughly it - the Chargers at one time had Drew Brees, Philip Rivers, LaDainian Tomlison *and* Michael Turner all on an analogous roster. And, i think of they could desire to have saved Brees and Turner. Rivers isn't undesirable. yet, he's not any Drew Brees. And, LT ... nicely, he's unquestionably considered extra useful days.

Let a real New Orleanean explain.
For years, the Saints have lived with a curse, because the dome is built over a cematery. The flood waters of Katrina washed the curse from the Dome. Now the Saints are poised to win, win, win.

The saints are a legitimate playoff contender this year.

They have a solid defense, two good rb's, an proven quarterback, and a hot receiver.

They will definitely be in the playoff race and should finish with a record between 8-8 to 10-6.

I think they're pretty good. Adding Drew Brees and Reggie Bush has helped the offense and the new coaching staff has made an impact on the team attitude. They won't make the playoffs, but they're much improved over the last few years Saint's teams.
