depends. no sex is the best birth control. depends on what you are looking for. if you hate your period and you are looking for something that will take it away then seasonale or the shot is a good one for you, although i warn you that the shot causes major weight gain. if you dont like pills or cant remember to take them then try the patch, shot, implant, vaginal ring. if you are on a high dose now and you have mood swings and feel just plain irritable then try one that is a lower dose of hormones. there are so many different kinds of birth control out there you need to research and find the right one for you. i personally like seasonale cause i hate my period and its a low dose of hormones so it works well for me.

well the patch was a good birth control but they had on the news that it cause blood clogs and it could lead to cancer . the pills one day u might forget to take one then oops. the depo (shots) some people have periods some of them bleed heavier u pick up alot of weight . i really don't know whats best cause sometimes condoms can break. well good look

i use the loestrine 24 Fe pill and it works really well. my periods are only 2-3 days but you have to get used to its side effects at first but thats the same with all birth controls.

It must not only stop you getting pregnant but also give you confidence that it will work, it is a good idea to use two sorts, a condom for the man and the woman takes the pill.

The man pulling out and c*umming on his partner is not very reliable but can be visually very stimulating.

there are many types of the pill, there is also a implant that lasts up to three years.the best one for you though can be decided by talking o your doctor.
