I suppose the nearest I've ever come to walking into a public building naked is having inadvertently had my fly open. But, as far as you choices for results; A) is probably what happens in California, C) likely applies in California too, if you're flabby and out of shape, B) is exactly what will happen in the Bible belt, and D) would be the reaction in Greenwich Village.

not yet, but i've been naked in a couple of them.
nothing happened as they were clubs that were private to an extent yet allowed people to become members simply by paying at the door.
