Give them a reality check! Tell them their not perfect and they need to look from the other side of the fence.

Well for one thing, dont tell them their wrong. Cant say anything. Let them be always right, get on with your own life. Eventually, their ego will run out of energy and you will be there to help them start their new phase in life.
