Which of the following sequences resulting from tossing a fair coin 6 times is most likely: TTTTTT, TTTHHH, THTHTH, or TTHTHT? Explain

The probability of any of those exact sequences happening is exactly the same. Each involves 6 events that are each 50% likely, so the odds of any one exact sequence of six tosses is precisely the same.

Any of the sequences are likely. Since a coin has two sides, it is a 50/50 chance on each toss. Because the odds are the same each throw, any of the sequences could happen.

I'd rather say the last one, because I cannot imagine you could toss a coin and have it fall:
1) 6 times on the same side
2) 3 times in a row on the one side, then 3 times in a row on the other
3) every other time on the same side
the last case seems the most likely, as it's "irregular", so there is no "pattern" - in my opinion, patterns are more difficult to achieve if you go for random ;)
