Black magic is devil worship and voodoo is a mixture vodun and Catholism. Spells cast buy either one can work on people who believe in it but have no effect on people who don't.

Black magic deals with spells, potions, etc. Voodoo is dealing with dolls and performing hexes and other things. And yes, some people practice it so it may be real, i believe it.

voodoo is a mix of western african animist and christian beliefs. black magic is any magic performed to do harm. this stuff is real if you believe in it, to a point. in the bible, witchcraft and sorcery are written about as being real. they are condemned as evil, however.

from all my readings of magic theres no such thing as black and white magic it is the person performing the magic who makes it good or bad.(black or white) and voodoo is dolls and yes they do exist.
