you could if you wanted to, but to be successful then the best way is to try and get a list of all cbr1000 riders and mail them some sort of introductory letter and you'll know by the response if it's a viable idea, get a website set up in case it's a good response, also to get some idea of what you need to do it might be a good idea to check out some other owners clubs, for ideas on events that could be arranged, and maybe try for cbr riders club, not just cbr1000f, more likely to get more members, have fun anyhow and let me know how you get on
