Where can I locate a place to sell me bulk music for a record/cd shop?

I need info on ordering music and best places to look.

I don't know what the laws are about resale etc. If you are opening a used store try E-bay. there are people that will sell bulk. I also put a link for a list of distributors that are listed online.
