Yes, the Eagles are definitely NFC Championship game contenders. The Eagles are leading the league in sacks. McNabb is the hottest QB in the league. They have a great rb in Westbrook and have a healthy Buckhalter to come in for short yardage situations.

They have 2 good receivers in Stalworth and Brown and have several other receivers that have proven they can make a big catch. LJ Smith is a solid Tight End and their offensive line is among the best in the league.

Brian Dawkins, Lito Shepard, and Michael Lewis make up a great secondary that can create turnovers and come up with big stops on 3rd down.

The Eagles are definitely a top 5 team in the NFC and in my opinion are currently second best behind the Chicago Bears.

People forget that the Eagles have dominated the NFC for several years and were still one of the best teams last year before the TO fiasco and the multitude of injuries they had.

No they will choke again like they do every year, even if they make it to the Super Bowl. They look good during the year but cannot make it happen. McNabb is highly overrated.
