Is it because they don't have self-esteem to start with or are their parents to be blamed on with?

I think it is because they are just plain ignorant and small-minded about anything that they don't understand. People often will take the bullying or aggressive approach, of just plain make fun of, people or things that they know absolutely nothing about. That takes far less work than becoming an informed person and gives the other ignorant people something to giggle about.

I have no answer to this. I can never explain why any homophobe, racist, sexist, etc. does what he/she does. There doesn't seem to be any logical basis behind it. However, I do think we can safely assume that we who don't hate groups of people because of things that they can't control are going to live happier, more fulfilling lives and we can take a little joy in that. :-)

I think it's because they are homophoebic for one or they may have had some tramatic experience in their child hood? Maybe they were molested by a man? who knows...u have to be really messed up to be mean to the gay people...or ignorant!

because they are stupid. no one loves them and they decided to get even more stupid by attacking anything different from them. the people never learns. I suggest moving to canada. they have some sense.

If you are comfortable with who you are dont worry about it. If someone is picking on you then they are leaving someone else alone. Eventually they will deal with their own securities.
