You can find cells in anything that's living. OK, so what's living? Animals, Plants, Bacteria, etc.

So does your drinking water have cells in it? Probably, b/c of all the tiny micro-organisms that live in it. Each one of those is a cell and can only be seen with a microscope.

In your body the cells work very specifically to perform a unique function. the cells in your skin work for protection, the ones in your stomach release chemicals to break down your food. If you think about it, it really is fascinating that way we are built. All of these little cells that know exactly what their function is to make your body work.

An example of the largest single cell is probably in your fridge. That chicken egg in there is a single cell. Otherwise get a microscope and look at a celery stalk. They have nice easy cells to see.
