The three types of cells are the 1)eukaryorse-cells with their genetic materian inside a nucleus. 2) Prokaryotes- cells genetic material is not contained within a nucleus. 3)Archaeotes- acheaotes and prokaryotes are very similer both do not have nucleus. Archaeotes are found in harsh environments which other cells can not tolerate (hotsprings, stomachs ).
