i saw my period for just a day...and its usually 4days...what's wrong

There's nothing wrong with an irregular flow. Some periods can be much heavier than others, and especially if you've only had your period for a couple years, irregular flows are extremely common.

Also, if you've had a change in your diet, stress, or a change in how much exercise you get, it can mess with your cycle a little, but it's no biggie.
