Yes and no.It depends on where you are wearing it, and what occasion.I do not suggest it for everyday use, but probably just for when you would get a job or at a meeting and maybe just if you wanted to dress up!

I'm thinking yes unless they are in private school and have to wear a uniform. I have a 13yr old and I don't think she would even wear that. That's more for the uniform and business suit type of clothing. Try giving her a gift certificate and letting her choose for herself or taking her with you to pick out the shoes.

I'd say it looks too old for me (I'm 30). I'm not trying to be mean about your choice, but that looks like one of the most common men's shoes worn here in South Korea.

I usually give money as a gift...the person can find what they want (not what I THINK they want-I can't read minds) and they don't have to waste time at the returns counter.
