I have a couple of comparisons, but I don't know if they're right:

Nucleolus: Dumbledore's Office.
Golgi Apparatus: The Owlery.
Lysosomes: House Elves or Filch?
Cell Membrane: School Walls.
Vacuole: Bathrooms.
Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum: Hallways and Corridors.
Ribosomes: Students.

I need help with coming up with the following:

Nucleus
Mitochondria
Cell Wall
Chloroplast
Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum
Cytoskeleton

Any analogies would be really, really appreciated.

Hmmm, first of all... vacuoles are storage areas. I wouldn't use bathrooms for that one. You need to use something like pantries or the "house-elf storage facility" for that one. I would also use the school walls as the cell wall (since its mostly a structural purpose) and the cell membrane (that actually controls what enters/exits the cell) as Dumbledore's magic. You could also compare the house elves to ribosomes (since they do most of the work and make the food for the kids to eat) and the Rough E.R. could be the kitchen where the house elves work and make "proteins." Lysosomes - stick with Filch or Harry Potter even...he has been known to destroy a monster or two. The mitochondria could be the students since they bring the "energy" to Hogwarts. Okay, that's all I'm giving you...good luck!
