I've been in my house for about 5 years with no problems. In the last 6 months or so, the inside of my dishwasher has started getting a grey colored residue showing up on the walls and door inside of the dishwasher. What is this? How do I get rid of it? Once I do get rid of it, how do I prevent it from coming back?

Sounds like the inside needs to be cleaned. I know there are products at the grocery store that you can buy. You run your dishwasher empty and put this stuff inside it.
