now 35++, no time to gym, much work
and my body looks fat, tummy and not attractive at all..
How can I get back ?

C'mon braddah...Everybody has 40 minutes in a day to work out. The best thing to do is to sit back and get your priorities straight. Yes, work is important, but does it mean that much to throw your health to the curb? You said you had a nice body back then, and you can have that same body back tomorrow. Don't believe your "busy" excuse. It's all about will power. You can do it!! You just gotta take that one step forward, You can do it....I know you can. Good Luck!!!!

You only need to work out a bit if you truly were as fit as you say. It will take 1/3 the time that it originally took you to gain your fitness to gain it back.

as we age, our bodies change in the process. You need to step back and look at yourself and if you mean what you say, you need to hook up with a gym. With a little hard work and proper diet....you'll be turning heads in no time....good luck..... ;)

Work out when you have vacation and work out any other time you can.
