I think this is a common problem. Underneath it, you probably hate your job, your profession, or what you do. Some of this could be your attitude.

Start with reconnecting why you chose your job in the first place. Did you do it for money, or because it matched your passions and talents. If it was for the money, find a job that plays to your strengths and interests...one you will love. If it was for the right reasons, just like when a marriage goes stale, so must a relationship with your work. See if you can repair it, if not, look for a job that gets you excited about getting up on Monday morning.

It is possible to love what you do. You just have to find a way to get paid for doing what you love.

Sunday sometimes doesn't even feel like a weekend day - its more like recovery from Saturday.

The best thing to do to get your mind off of tomorrow is to think about what you would wish you would have done today when at work tomorrow.

Get into a new book, hang out with some friends at a good restaurant, or see a movie. Whatever you do, keep it fun and keep it going! :)

I know the feeling. Change your attitude towards your job or change your job. Other ideas, call in sick every Monday, pretend its Friday, make a list of all the good and bad things about your job- might discover its not so bad after all.

Everyone hates monday's. nothing bad is going to happen if you didn't do anything bad. i start on sundays so i hate them just as you hate monday. monday will come no matter what you do to try to stop it. just have a good night sleep the night before and go:)

I'd look for a job that you would enjoy going to. I've enjoyed work for seven years now.
