Monday=chest, legs
Tuesday=rest
Wednesday=back, triceps
Thursday=rest
friday=biceps, shoulders

also use 'creatine, amino acids, vitamin pills, zma(calcium magnesium and vitimin b6).

and use protien shakes to try and consume 1.5 grams of protien for every pound of body wieght, so for example if you wiegh 200lb then eat 300 grams of protien.

Good diet plenty complex carbs oats,rice and pasta and potato's.High protein chicken,beef and whey protein supplements.Join a gym that specialises in body building,train hard 4 to 5 times a week.Lastly don't expect miracles you shouldn't expect results after a couple of months,it takes a couple of years to build bigger muscles naturally.
