on millsberry.com what is the heart symbol.?

How do you make it increase... like my strength symbol & all that r up but how do i get the heart up...

The heart represents your character's level of health. There are a few things you can do to raise it:

1. Eat a balanced diet every day. If my person is "Grumbly" or lower on the hunger scale I eat the following (in this order)
Green Salad
Fruit Salad
Cheeseburger

If I'm 'comfortably full' or higher I eat the following:
Fruit Salad
Lasagna (found on the 2nd page of the Deli section)

2. Groom every day. Buy one of the health and beauty products from the grocery store (toothbrush, etc) and place it in your house. Click on the item and on the menu that pops up in the lower left hand corner you will see a "Groom" option. Click that and it will pop up a window telling you grooming contributes to good health. You can groom once a day and it will raise your health 1%. Make sure you are allowing popups on the millsberry site or the window will not pop up.

the heart symbol is the energy level. i am on millssberry as well. eat and get fit.
