I have the answer but I don't know how to solve the question.

the unit of power is a watt, that equals a joule / sec.

a joule is a N-M

so, a N-M / S = power

so 50Kn * 800 M / s = ....

The work W of a force F acting on a body A can be calculated from the formula

W=F*s, where s is the distance traveled by A.

Power on the other hand is given by equation:

P = W / t, where t is the time period over which we calculate P.

Combining these we get

P = (F*s) / t

Provided that A travels at constant velocity v we may transform this equation as follows

P = F * v

So the result is P = 50,000 N * 800 m/s = 40,000,000 Watts
or 4 * 10^7 Watts

P = dW/dt = F dx/dt = Fv, where W is energy or work and x is displacement, t is time and v is velocity. So, in order to get the power this engine is delivering just multiply the thrust force times its velocity: 50000x800 = 40000000 Nm/sec. I hope I am not doing your homework for you!

Take distance travelled to be 800 mts.
Work done = 50000x800 Nm/s
Power = 40000000 Nm/s
