Because you said that the date is with "the hottest guy in school" I am assuming that you are quite young. The dress looks kind of old for you. You can check out some clothes that are a little more trendy. Don't get old before your time!
Not sure why some people have elegance mixed up with trashy. I guess it depends on the environment some grew up/live in.

Nice choices, but I tend to agree with one of the other users' posts - simple is better, otherwise you run the risk of scaring him away.
Do you know where he's taking you? You don't want to get dressed up and find out he's taking you to the movies while wearing blue jeans and his favorite shirt he's had for the past three years.
I also like the idea of a cute top and a skirt. That works for me every time!

You might be outdoing yourself.
The dress is very cute and fitting I think it will be just perfect!
The earrings are a little to long, I suggest golden hoop earrings instead. Also, since you are dressing up very much with the other things you might what to try a simple diamond stud.
The shoes are very cute and have the perfect amount of elevation! They look very comfortable!
Even though this isn't listed, you definetly want to wear your hair down, preferrably curled and a little off-the-shoulder.

sure if you want him to know your a materialistic person that needs to dress in designer dresses.
Your what is considered "high maintenence", and NO man wants a girl like that, when they can date a down to earth girl who will be more concerned with him and his feelings, instead of what you are wearing.
By the way, I highly doubt you have over 300 Versace dresses.
You can put whatever you want on a turd, but in the end.......it still smells like a turd.

Thats really nice, but we don't know how old you are.
If you are 17 or 18, it's probably ok, but make sure the hottest guy in school isn't going to take advantage of you.

OMG. No offense, but that outfit looks like a sl*t's outfit or laundry. Too satin-y and low cut and short. You want to impress him by being yourself. And if you have 300 Versace dresses, nobody will remember you wearing one, so just wear something MORE APPROPRIATE. I highly doubt you have 300 dresses, but if you really do, you should know you are VERY SPOILED.

If you're going to see a play or something on Broadway, then I guess it's OK. But for a simple night out (dinner and a movie), it's over the top.

Highness, baby, don't get carried away, ok? With 300 Versace rags in the closet, you can come up with something perfectly adequate for a first date. You don't want to look like a Trophy Doll, do you?

Probably a lil over the top. Where are you going? If walking then obviously not. But if you are going to somewhere posh I'd still say its over the top for a first date. Just where a nice skirt and top and boots.
