Ladies after a stressful Day what do you do to relax, massages, baths,food,orgasms,books,movies what does it for you, and do you like your partner to be there?

i find after a lot of stress I'm mentally exhausted. but not physically. I take a no-none sense approach. I walk, check out the flower gardens, take the dog for a walk etc. this seems to take my mind off the stress. then I come now little less stress and ready for a hot relaxing bath which helps me relax more. then I watch a movie or read a book. It seems to help me. I find that if i try to force myself to relax it only gets worst. but after walk and a distraction it.

When I have a stressful day at work and come home, I just want time to unwind in my own way which is usually some quiet time by myself. I prefer to not engage in any serious conversation or any major family issues. I like to have a glass of wine and sit down for about 30-45 minutes and watch the news before I have to start rushing around fixing dinner, tending the kids, housework, etc. I don't mind if he's around as long as he doesn't blast me with any type of chaotic or hectic situation he could otherwise refrain from doing. In my house, my whole family seems to need their own space in early evening to adjust from their day.

music and a punch bag. then a nice hot bath followed by meditation!
