How about ones with heads up? Do you stick them in your shoe?

Well, I just can't very well leave them there. Heads up, heads down, it doesn't matter. Money is money, no matter what form it's in. It all adds up, even the pennies. I've seen my mother when I was growing up put pennies in her penny loafers, but I never have since she didn't share the concept of why she did that with me.
I have a safe full of coins, 4 coffee cans full of quarters, and a wooden box full of coins that I have just picked up over the years. Or when I found them in the washing machine, or in the truck, and maybe one day I'll spend them but right now I'm just picking them up.....

No I don't stick them in my shoe but I do pick them up. I also heard See a Penny and pick it up For Good Luck. See a Penny let it Lay wish for Luck another Day.

Never stuck a penny in my shoe but I do pick them up...as well as nickles, dimes, quarters, twenties, fifties and hundreds. I accept donations 24/7 and can arrange pick-up if you're unable to drop it off.

Yes - heads or tails - makes no difference.
BTW - I have kept every coin I have picked up for the last 4 years. Every 5 years I cash them in and use it for Christmas gifts.

No. There's no point in it. That penny will do me no good, and it will probably get lost somewhere anyhow. I don't believe in good or bad luck.
