thank you all for the answers all of them are right on the money . first the choke I have is thermal controlled, and it is calibrated very much wide open, so that is not the problem, so I think! Now the float is another story, along with the seat valve. I must say that the adjustment were done very much according to specs.(the float type is late) very much square design.. and the drop end , as well to specs. (by the way the float is free of unwanted gasoline inside of it) the gas pump is std. that is mechanical... some people have adviced me to get a new float that will meet the brand new seat valve that I just put on it. I hope these insights will bring some light to this flooding problem! thank you.
