Yes time can tell you who will win the Champions Trophy.

Since cricket is a game of uncertainties as has been proved on many occasions in the past, nothing can be predicted for sure about the outcome of a tournament in advance. While in the present form Australia are hot favourites to win the tournament, past record of Champions Trophy shows that not hot favourites, but underdogs have won the Trophy.

It all depends on the performance of players on the field on the given day. Teams like South Africa, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka,
England and even New Zeland are capable of staging upset wins and win the Trophy.
With the home advantage, India has better chance to win the tournament if their players perform to their potential consistently with fighting spirit and priority to national pride than personal gains/interest.

Three teams to watch are Australia, South Africa & Sri Lanka (Despite they start with qualifying round) however strong late middle order back-up and consistent ODI top ranking bowlers are main weapon of Australians and South Africans even if their top order fails to make decent total still they have well-built line-up however Sri Lankan top order seems to be settled and their bowlers too very much supported by some good piece of fielding hence these are the top teams which will have strong hold in this tournament. Teams like India, Pakistan & England are not really consistent with their batting and bowling in different conditions infact Indians will be under pressure then any other teams where they play in a country which has billion fans hoping for some good cricket inspite of ongoing controversy about Saurav Ganguly and their poor show off in the last tournament. Pakistan & England are teams which has serious injury problems and without some of their regular players thus they have to battle very hard to grab two wins

we can't say that the particular team will win since it's not in our hand.. god only knows .. we can just dream.. i think that south Africa or India can win.. both also has it's own advantage.. India is playing in its home town so surely they have the desire to win, our team members are very good.. if the work together with Spirit and cooperation they can survey.. similarly when we talk about south Africa , they are doing well for the past days.. they have beaten Australia, the world champion in recent matches.. so they also have the chance.. but as an Indian we hope that our India will win and add pride to our home town.
