Fertilize it with Osmocote in the spring and late summer. When the leaves open in the spring start spraying it with Ortho Orthenex every 7-10 days throughout the growing season. It's a lot of work but roses are labor intensive plants. If you want nice bigh beautiful roses you have to be willing to put in the work.
