I tried my sisters pink motorola headset and I couldn't hear the music or ringtone media on my phone but I could hear voice. I know my friends nokia phone works with bluetooth headset to play music, but what models will work with my V3i? to play mp3's and handle calls ?

There is a special headset that you can purchase that will allow you to listen to stereo sound with you razor phone.
It is called the Motorola HT820. It will work. You can use the headset as a normal headset as well.

Hi, Bluetooth headset only allow voice calls and voice dials in Motorola Razr V3i.

The razr v3i and the razr v3t are truly a similar telephone except for some mild ameliorations: a million. The V3i is branded to Cingular 2. The V3t is branded to T-mbile 3. The V3i has itunes for its media participant 4. The V3t makes use of Motorola digital Audio participant (DAP) except those ameliorations they seem to be a similar telephone.
