Trees tend to turn brown with too much heat and not enough water...are they dying?

Probably need some nutrients, get some tree spikes special for blue spruce.

Go get some tree spikes for connifers and place them around the trees edges where the water runs off of the needles. and then water them if the ground is very dry.

We have lost several trees this year and looks like a few more are on there way, i can only imagine, it's because we haven't had enough rain this year.
