Human Red blood cells are anucleate (no nucleus).
Newly formed human RBC do have nuclei but they extrude it from the cytoplasm and become anucleate. Human RBC stay in circulation only for 120 days.

Frog RBC are Nucleated (has a nucleus) and are considerably bigger in size. Nucleated RBCs tend to stay in circulation much much longer than human RBCs because Frog RBCs can repair structural damages while in circulation. Repair requires activation of DNA sequences. Since Human RBCs have no Nuclei, repair is limited if ever possible.
