alchol gets me in a world of trouble and atleast with pot when I'm stoned I'm too lazy to do anything which keeps me out of trouble.

I don't see either of them as poison, unless over indulged in...just as water can harm us if too much is consumed...
I drink alcohol and have on occasion, smoked pot...however alcohol is legal and it's not worth the risk to me, to fool around with pot much (it's been over 2 yrs since I last was around it)...
I think pot probably impairs people less than alcohol, but that may depend on the individual...I've definitely seen and heard of a lot more harmful and dangerous behavior from drunks than stoners...

Alcohol. Pot is a bit of a production to get going. Then the drapes smell and everything tastes like it for a while Also you can drink in a bar or restaurant.

Neither, alcohol in moderation is fine but too much turns you into the local clown or bully. Pot turns you into a total zombie, if you dont believe make take a trip to the local Mental hospital and see for yourself, ohhh and yess it will bring down your food-bill as well.

You better lay-off both are they'll be calling you "Red Eyes" instead of Bright Eyes" And I noticed your last few questions dealt with hangovers. What are ya? About 15 or so? Neither.
Have abused alcohol and have now been sober for 5 years.
Have used pot to large
degree and have been clean for nearly 9yrs.
Looked for escapism and nearly destroyed mine and my family's lives.

It really depends on the cirsumstances. If one is planning on going out with friends to a var or any social setting involving interaction, I would have to go with alchohol. If you are just relaxing around the house with friends or watching tv and you wanna feel good then pot is your best friend. Love em both however.
