Well, the biggest one was probably failure to do sufficient reconnaissance at Waterloo, instead trusting a local farmer's word that there was flat ground suitable for a charge between his cavalry and the enemy artillery, when in fact there was a sunken road running across the line of charge that basically destroyed them.

The only other one that comes to mind would be caring about France.
