Ferns LOVE humidity (moisture in the air) And they just LOVE bathrooms! From time to time, however, you need to take it outside in the sunlight for 30 or 40 minutes, because all plants need to have light to photosynthisize............

Most plants need some light to grow, perhaps buying some realistic fake ivy or one of those nice glass vases with the realistic flowers that they sell in Debenhams or M&S.

I.ve got an orchid and an umbrella plant in mine, both doing v well despite me not being a very conscientious carer

Spider plants will thrive even out of direct sunlight. They are robust and will enjoy the humidity.
