From your point of view: nothing - you're travelling at the same speed as the light from your headlights. From the point of view of a stationary observer: your hand would take forever to reach the lightswitch.

From what I hear, the theory is that nothing would happen. The electricity might go to the headlights to power them up, but no light would shine.

you would still be driving in the dark because, the light from your headlights would not project any light going at the speed of light.
