Go to tools on your tool bar, internet options, content, go to content advisor and it'll have a space where you can say web sites that you don't want...It is on the ratings section, but I assume it means that it will be unable to be viewed. Not 100% sure though, but try it, you can always undo it if it doesn't work

Go to "Tools" (in web browser toolbar), Internet Options, Privacy, Edit, add the www address of what you want to block.

If you have windows XP just click on the Tools menu
now go to PopUP blocker see if it is turned on .
If you don't have one then search for "free pop up blocker " in Google you will get many .
