It is hard to get money back from a company that has none!

If a company files bankruptcy it will depend on what type. If they file chapter 7 you can forget it, but if they file chapter 13 you have a chance anyway.

It has been my experience that your out of luck. Creditors always receive first compensation. Then generally there isn't anything left for the investors. Good luck
