The word you have spelt Taxidermista
looks very much like Taxidermist, which is a person who recreates animals for display in museums. The profession is called Taxidermy. Taxidermist have to be skilled in anatomy, dissection, sculputre, painting and tanning(working with animal hides)

It is "taxidermist" or "person who does taxidermy". The person who said it is a female is wrong. "-ista" is a standard Spanish suffix for occupations in general, male or female. For instance, a "dentista" is a dentist of either sex. You can tell which sex the word refers to by the article (el, la, un, or una) that comes before it.
