when we are nervous or excited d secretion of adrenaline (also called triple F) starts which sends the signal to brain to increase blood supply to all organs of body in short effects of sympathetic nervous system appears which causes such type of effects.

I believe it is because your heart rate and heart beat is pumping blood much faster throughout your body and that makes your nerves react to the feeling of keeping you warm if you were cold and the blood rushing through your veins makes you shake whether you are nervous or excited...
