Baby's breath is the name of the tiny white flowers on long green stems used as "filler" in bouquets and flower arrangements.

If you propose with Roses along with the babys breath it means you are interested in begining a Family very soon after marriage. Without the babys breath means not interested in begining a Family anytime soon. Other than that , it is just ornamental.

I was asking this same question 2 weeks ago! My firstborn barely cried so it was a big shock when my second came along and cried all day long! At first i thought he was just p****d off at being out of the womb, and he would stop crying when i held him. Then, he would cry whether i held him or not, so i thought it might be Colic. I tried colic drops (Infacol), but they didn't work, and his crying wasn't only in the evenings, it was all day long. So i ruled out Colic and wondered if it might be Reflux. But he wasn't arching his back when feeding, or spitting up after a feed, or doing any other of the symptoms of Reflux. So, I ruled that out and thought about trying the Comfort version of the formula he's on. After a talk with my health visitor, i changed him to the Comfort Formula, and he's been a different boy altogether. I'm not saying this will definately work for you, but it might be worth a try. Have you talked to your health visitor about this? It might be worth a try taking him to the doctor just to rule out any underlying medical problems. Or, he could just be a bit fussy at the moment. Constant crying is really frustrating, i know. I have an endless amount of patience, but after 5-6 weeks of my son's screaming and knowing that nothing i did comforted him, I felt completely drained. I had to just put him down and leave the room on one or two occasions, just to go and calm down. It can help you get yourself together, just make sure that you always go back to him, or he'll associate any discomfort with being neglected or forgotten about. If you still haven't calmed down after 5 minutes, call Cry-sis on 08451 228 669. It could also be a phase, my first son did go through a similar time, but not so young. He was about 6 months old when he began screaming the house down if i tried to leave the room. It could help if when your baby can't see you (and remember they cant focus very well at this age, so he probably can't see you very well if you're not within an arms reach) that you call out to him,"It's ok, baby! Mummy's just in the kitchen, making up some bottles. But i'll be right back!" If you still can't find a problem, then investing in a baby carrier might make all the difference. You can get good quality second-hand ones from Ebay if you're on a tight budget. At least then you can get on with your other chores. It's thanks to my Baby Bjorn that my firstborn ever got fed when my second was still screaming! Good luck, i hope things get better for you! EDIT: I just looked over some other answers, and feel the need to scream; BABY'S DON'T CRY FOR NO REASON! YOU HAVEN'T SPOILED HIM! You CANNOT spoil a young baby. Oh, and i almost forgot, white noise can sometimes settle a baby, put him in front of the washing machine when its on a spin cycle, or do the hoovering!

It means the flowers he got didn't have the baby's breath in them. Women have a tendency to over analyze the meaning of every little action that a man takes as to be the prosperity or doom to a relationship. Guess what, the analyzing is what leads to the doom of the relationship. There is no good feeling like feeling like everything in life you do is a test and is being measured to something else. Just let it be his own style of doing things and love him for it.
