In Islam The Holy Koran states that a Man can have 4 wives,so that is the answer, it also states that you can only marry as many wives that you can support, but the number is still 4 maximum, any more is non Koranic

I don't think that you may of lived & worked on the Arabian Peninsular recently.
I am a bit of a Brit ex-pat, and know that polygamy is not really standard practice.
Most male folks wisely prefer one wife nowadays.
It keeps things simple. I would not know where to put myself next with six wives.
My goodly Arabic freinds would agree..
