Probably not, but you could get a job in Louisiana, get an honest paycheck, cash it and then buy your groceries with cash. The last time I checked the state of Louisiana still accepts US currency as legal tender for the purchase of goods.

You can use a food stamp card anywhere that will take it. My brother has a food stamp card issued from Michigan, and he is staying with us for a while in Virginia, and he uses his card all the time.

No. Each food stamp program is issued by each state's government. What you qualify for in MO you may not qualify for in LA.
