Nothing has changed since then, they still stand where they did then, so has Amerca forgotten; increasing taxes, fascist gun control policy, secretive socialist healthcare policy and Clinton far-left leanings.

This scenario has probably played out already. A call from New York is placed to a known terrorist in Iran who is suspected of trying to bring a "dirty bomb" to the city. A terrorist plot is happening. Should the government intercept that call or wait until the paperwork is filed?

Republicans will say "just do it, act immediately. Thousands of American lives are at stake."

The Democrats will say "No. You have to get a court warrant even if there is a plot to bomb NYC, and don't forget to Mirandize them first." The Democrats are wrong; on terror and on taxes, the great strength of todays economy proves it. The Democrats are wrong for our freedom and liberty.

Nothing has changed since 1993, why would it, 80% of them that were in the Senate then are still there.

Terror-Dems have moved too far left and are trying to disguise their Socialist agenda by their 'civil liberty hysterics'. Fed warrantless wire tapping IS justified -- I'd say 3000 dead Americans and hundreds of foreign nationals dead is justification to tap the calls of known/suspected terrorists. I recently saw some freakishly left trying to defend the position stating that it would be better that 1000's more Americans die than 'infringe' on someone's rights!

Raising taxes? It sounds logical, but when you realize that businesses suffer and close or move (out of the country) Americans will lose jobs and unemployment goes up. Cutting taxes for big business allows the business to create more jobs and keep them here. Conditions must be favorable for businesses to stay-creating more work--less unemployment and a better economy. It would be nice if you could count on just taxes for the ultra rich to increase........but you're kidding yourself if you think the only taxes that will increase are just the 'ultra rich'.

Gun Control-Sorry-this is the first socialist step in taking them all away--I don't like guns but our constitution guarantees the Americans the right to KEEP AND BEAR ARMS. Don't think we don't know what the socialists are up to. You think wire tapping is an infringement? This is worse.

Socialized Health Care. Nice thought, but history has proven time and again PRIVATE businesses NEARLY ALWAYS offer better service. Canadians wait months for referrals and treatments. Only the most urgent is seen without advance appointments. Did you also realize that Godzillary's health care plan called for Federally Funded Abortions on Demand? So much for freedom of choice. Oh, the pregnant woman would have her choice, but I have no choice in helping her (in my opinion) kill her fetus. Sorry--I can't pay your hit-man for you. Did you know it called for large premiums--with fines of $5000 for late payment? Huge fines for doctors and hospitals who prescribed 'unneccessary' treatment/tests? Guess who will decided what is neccessary?

The Dems need to move back to the middle and forget the socialist agenda. But it won't happen until they open their eyes and see what the far left is really envisioning for us.

First of all you are absolutely correct about the democrats fascist gun control policies. But you don't know your federal international wiretapping laws do you.

Under the laws that were put in place over thirty years ago, wiretaps can be initiated immediately and the warrant can legally be issued retroactively up to a week later. The only catch is that you had to have probable cause to begin with.

This is not about weather we wire tap terrorist suspects, this is about not allowing blanket wire taps on every single international call made by anyone.

what's wrong with increased taxes, particularly for the wealthy? do you think donald trump will miss a few thousand extra at the end of the year? shouldn't the issue at hand should be whether tax revenues are spent effectively?

if socialized healthcare is such a horrifying concept, why is it that people are flocking to canada from right here in the us to buy their medications?

how are gun control laws "fascist?" particularly considering that fascism is an extreme right-wing form of government more easily equated with the current regime, and not a leftist one?

when you erode the freedoms that make america what it is, is it not true that the thing you are fighting so hard to protect loses any meaning? somehow i doubt that those who penned the so-called "Patriot Act" intended for its name to be ironic. and yet, it is.
