Only one; London.
The rest have been towns or villages - Dumfries in Scotland, Eaglesfield and Blairshinnock in Kirkcudbrightshire. In England, I've had homes in the Isle of Ely in Cambridgeshire, which is technically a city because of the cathedral but really, it's too dinky to count. I lived with my parents for a while in a town called Hunstanton, on the North Norfolk coast. And that's it; I've lived in this town in Norfolk ever since I got married, in 1976, though I still maintain a second home in Scotland, and often spend weekends there just for love of the place and to spend time with the lowland side of my family.

Charlotte, Concord, Mint Hill, Peachland...all in North Carolina, Detroit Michigan, San Jose California, and Denham Springs Louisiana. So, that makes seven.
