what is meant by the term error annalsis and error correction in language learning.

As far as I know, "error correction" refers to various ways of letting the student know what he/she said wrong, and how to say it right.

"Error analysis" means understanding WHY the student made the error: there are basically two types of errors, interference from the first language and "interlanguage" errors, where the student's progress follows particular steps regardless of first language. (They're also very similar to the steps a child learning the language as a first language would go through.)
