I live in Columbus Ga. I don't have any friends. I used to have loads, I had so many there was enough time to hang out with them all. But now I have no friends. Im not good at going up to people and talking to them. How can I get more friends.

Asking people for help is a great way to break the ice. If someone is sitting there by there self just don't walk by, stop and introduce yourself that will be a start. Good luck.

Plenty of people online, but beware of predators, and don't agree to meet them anywhere. Just talk online. Don't give out much personal info either. They can track you down very easily. Best thing is to join a group in your area, maybe join the YMCA, or a fitness club.

Just be talkative. Don't be shy and quiet like me. That is the key. But also, you can have online friends. Most of my friends are online. They have been since I moved. But, yeah, just talk to others and be yourself and join clubs. Get out and I'm sure you'll bump onto someone that'll be your friend for life.

Well, you can start meeting new people by joining some hobby classes and stuff like that. I dont suggest you look for friends on the internet as these days it aint safe.

dont listen to what some people have said as an answer..online friends never substitute for real life, up close friends..to make friends, u have to go out, socialize... if u r going to college or school, join clubs, societies etc etc..go and talk to people even though you find it hard..you will find friends eventually!!

Church is a really good place to meet people.I would also suggest a 12 step group.I believe anyone can benifit from this!There are many different kinds of groups.Check it out!

Just try and be ur self possibly tell a joke or something, and u'll be alright . if lived on the same side of the world as u id be ur friend!

i need friends to when i got married i found out how fake them h**was and i dropped them now im lonely and need a friend too but its hard to trust new people good luck finding a friend

Try to find people in your area, on myspace or somewhere, talk to them some online and get to know them.
