I was looking at CNN last night and they were talking to Anna Nicole Smith's mother and she said that she thinks that Anna's son Daniel was murdered. She said she believes Anna married Howard K Stern, to keep from testifying against each other, if anything happened, because he is her lawyer too, not sure if he still is, now that they married. She refuses to believe that Daniel took the drugs and the antidepressant pills together, she also said that she wasn't even aware that he was on any type of medication. I don't have an opinion on rather or not he was murdered, i'm just telling what was said, so don't be getting pissed at me for posting this question. Personally, the whole situation is sad. Keep in mind, she never said who she thought was behind his death, she just thinks he was murdered. Can you imagine how Anna is feeling, you know it's gotten back to her, what her mother said. Also, she said when Anna called her to inform her of Daniel death, she said Anna sounded like a drunk.

Thats really interesting, but why would anyone want to kill Daniel. Maybe Anna didn't know Daniel was on all thes medications, children don't tell their parents everything. As for her faux marriage to her lawyer, I think he caught while she was vulnerable and talked her into it.

Hypothetically, Howard K. Stern could benefit if he is really the baby's father. He could then try to sue for the Marshall fortune in her name and become the trustee. I didn't say he did it!! A man is innocent until proven guilty! I think it's just as likely that her death was a suicide after the loss of her son, or an accidental overdose. What a tragic situation.

I saw her on some talk show and she said that Anna Nicole needs to be careful because she thinks she will be next. She talked about this guy that Anna Nicole married recently.

I don't know what happened to Daniel, but I know the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Anna is high all the time & maybe somebody slipped some of her cookies to Daniel or Daniel might have taken some of Moms cookies & accidently died from overdose. Can you say Methadone or Oxycontin?

The whole incident associated with Daniel's death is fishy.
Anna Nicole has such a seemingly out-of-control personality, I doubt that we will ever know what really happened to the poor kid.

Sorry but no way will a woman marry a guy who had a hand in murdering the fruits of her loin. Grandma is grieving and naturally suspicious following such a tragedy, but also in denial. I don't think the boy was murdered but I will not argue that the whole story is just some of the weirdest sniite that I've ever heard.

If you look at pictures from Anna's and Howard's "wedding", Anna looks so stoned that she can hardly function. I think her "lawyer" is a psycho and the baby looks like the guy who claims he is the real father. For that baby's sake, I hope he is. God bless you Daniel.

Anna has NEVER been an angel so I don't believe too much what she's telling...PS: does anyone really thinks she loved her old ex-hubby except for his big fortune,lol! The day might come that her hugh tit's may stand in her way

she OBVIOUSLY is a drunk in general. Lets just see if her new baby gets killed or kidnapped, then the conspirousy of daniels death will then come out. Besides hes probably much happier where he is now anyways.

She hadn't seen or spoken to that young man for years, so she would have no idea what he was or wasn't taking.
That whole family is one huge nut case, including the grandmother and I wouldn't be surprised to find out that he might have been taking more than anybody realized.
