The war was a mistake.

We should have worked with UN to get more support and gone to Iraq under the UN banner.

If haste is waste then this is an excellent example of it.

We cannot police all the countries of the world any way, no one can, not even UN.

AS the countries mature, then they automatically desire to be in main stream.

Only if you approve of the blatant Imperialist aggression that our country has come to symbolize globally.

I'll never get why so many people step right into line under the vague assertion that the war on the SOVEREIGN NATION of Iraq has "something to do with preventing terrorism," when the evidence has shown that Saddam Hussein hated Al-Qaida even more than we did. And the so-called weapons of mass destruction? stamped "made in the USA..."

What were the objectives of Bush to attack Iraq ?

Whether they are fulfilled ?

Did Bush know that there were no weapons of mass destruction ?

Was he misinformed by his agencies or did he overlook the reality about WMDs ?

If he knew that there were no WMDs then why did he attack Iraq ?

If he knew about Saddam making WMDs, then why he couldnt find them yet ?

If you try to find out answers of all these questions YOU WILL NEVER APPROVE THE IRAQ WAR....

I wouldn't approve the Iraq war if it means the loss of many lives. It's NOT about a "war on terror" or "fighting for freedoms". It's REALLY all about THIS!...

I think the war is not the solution of problems the US might have tried alternate such as getting the things done indirectly but again it is the choice of rulers so our approval or disapproval makes no difference. Apart from this the policies and interests mark the way.

That's easy if you are an American. "We" have the right make that decision on an individual basis.Since your choice to approve or disapprove is your own, no one can sensibly tell you that you are wrong.
My heart tells me that today's Iraq war is a good thing in the long run. It doesn't matter anymore, why it was started.
